The conditions may be added to the marriage contract
Why should consider the following condition?
Answer: preface to the first condition in the case of getting marriage without the following condition, and in the event
of disagreement and wife hatred her husband, in most cases she will not be able to obtain her divorce without agreement
of the husband, hence we strongly recommend to add the following condition in the marriage contract:Condition included
in the marriage contract:1- The wife is attorney of divorce (delegate of power of divorce) from her husband in any kind
of the divorce by delegating the IMAM who performed their Nikah but in case that he is inaccessible then to delegate
another trusted Shariaa scholar to carry out her divorce in alegitimate correct form, and this delegate to be valid
until be irrevocable divorce which means in the first, second and third divorce,(if applicable) He must not abolish the
attorney meaning the form of an irrevocable power of attorney.
1- Whether the husband to delegate the power of divorce to the wife as explained above?
According to many scholars view without the following condition, wife has to have consent of husband to travel or to go
out of home, so in order to make both parties have equal in this right, the wife to add the following condition.
2- Is the wife permitted by her husband to leave home and to travel at any given time?
Without the following condition the assets won’t be divided according to the faith of the religion.
3- Do both parties want to make a condition that if a divorce occurs between them, all the money and asstes owned by one
or both of them (made after the wedding or all assets) is to be divided equally between both parties, but if case went
to court they both to agree on whatever court decides?

Option 1: Yes, all the assets made after the wedding only
Option 2: Yes all the assets made before or after the wedding
Option 3: Yes all the assets made before or after the wedding except legacy
Option 4:Only the wife added a condition that if the divorce was not at the request of the wife or at the decision of the court
The divorce petition was not the result of a Violation of marital duties or misconduct
The husband is obliged to transfer to the wife half of his existing property, which he acquired with her during the days
of the laundry, or the equivalent, according to the opinion of the court.

Without the following condition in case of divorce In most cases the custody of child or children will be the right of
the man according to the faith of the religion.
4- In the case of a divorce, both parents to try to agree on joint custody of any child or children but if they fail to
do so and the case went to court, they both to agree on whatever court decides. Do you want to add this condition?
